Federation Council approves Russian-Kazakh friendship agreement

Russia's Federation Council has approved the Russian-Kazakh friendship agreement signed on November 11, 2013 by Russian President Vladimir Putin and Kazakh President Nursultan Nazarbayev. 

According to the document, the countries are expected to enhance mutual ties in various spheres, including regional security.
