Russian parliament cancels law approving use of Russian troops in Ukraine

The Federation Council, the upper chamber of the Russian Parliament, today cancelled the law approving possible use of Russian military forces in Ukraine, Russian media report on Wednesday.

The moved was suggested by President Vladimir Putin yesterday.
