Deputy head of South Ossetian Presidential Administration receives Friendship Order

South Ossetian President Leonid Tibilov awarded Alexander Khrolenko, deputy head of the Presidential Administration, with the Order of Friendship today for strengthening ties with Russia and coverage of socio-political processes in the republic.
