Russia sells warplanes to Iraq

Iraq has bought a number of Russian and Belarusian fighters, Iraqi Prime Minister Nouri al-Maliki is quoted as saying by the BBC. According to the head of the Iraqi cabinet, the warplanes may be put into operation soon.
