People's Republic of Luhansk ready to join Customs Union

The self-proclaimed People's Republic of Luhansk says it is ready to join the Customs Union of Russia, Kazakhstan and Belarus, Interfax reports. Previously, the same statement was made by the unrecognized People's Republic of Donetsk.
