Head of Azerbaijan approves agreement with Iran on the construction of two hydroelectric power stations President Ilham Aliyev today approved an agreement between the governments of Azerbaijan and Iran concerning the construction and operation of hydroelectric power plants "Ordubad" and "Marazad",  signed in April 2014 in Tehran. Recall that in the framework of the official visit of President Ilham Aliyev to Iran on April 9, Minister of Economy and Industry of Azerbaijan Shahin Mustafayev and Iranian Energy Minister Hamid Chitchian signed an agreement between the two governments on the construction and operation of hydroelectric power plants "Ordubad" and "Marazad", reports Trend.
