Turkish ruling party endorses PM for president

The ruling Justice and Development Party has endorsed Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan as a candidate for president today, Trend reports.

Turkey will hold the first round of presidential polls on August 10 and the second one on August 24, if necessary.
