LUKOIL begins petrol production in Nizhniy Novgorod

Russian prime-minister Vladimir Putin started up new production of petrol of European class at the "LUKOIL-Nizhegorodnefteorgsintez" together with personnel at the plant in Nizhniy Novgorodt, RIA Novosti reports. The capacity of the plant is 2 million tons annually.
