Heavy rain may flood Kabardino-Balkaria

The Ministry for Emergencies of Kabardino-Balkaria has warned the public about heavy rain heading towards the republic. The republic expects to face heavy rain, hail, winds with speeds of 20-25m/s, rising water levels and small landslides, Yuga.ru reports.
