Kazakhstan's largest Mosque unveiled in Astana
Read on the website Vestnik KavkazaThe country's largest Mosque, Hazret Sultan, was unveiled in the Kazakh capital of Astana today. The Mosque is intended to host 8 thousand people and has the space of 17 thousand square metres. Its four minarest are 77 metres in height.
The Mosque is surrounded by a park.
The Mosque also has a library, an achive, dining rooms, offices and living rooms.
The interior was designed by craftsmen from Kazakhstan, Turkey and Italy.
