Yerlan Idrisov to visit Azerbaijan this year The deputy head of the CIS department of the Foreign Ministry of Kazakhstan, Kadir Kasabulatov said that the Foreign Minister of Kazakhstan, Yerlan Idrisov will visit Azerbaijan in 2014. Kasabulatov speaking about Kazakhstan's position on the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, said that his country supports peaceful settlement of regional and international conflicts, including the Karabakh conflict.
