Hafiz Pashayev appointed rector of Azerbaijan's ADA University

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev appointed Hafiz Mir Jalal oglu Pashayev as the new rector of the ADA University, Azerbaijani media report on Tuesday. Pashayevno serves as the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs.
