Putin and Merkel may meet at 2014 FIFA World Cup

Russian and German leaders Vladimir Putin and Angela Merkel may meet at the 2014 FIFA World Cup on Sunday, RIA Novosti reports.

Putin's Aide Yuri Ushakov said that the president will attend the FIFA final in Rio de Janeiro on July 13. German President Joachim Gauck was also reported to be planning to visit Brazil.
