ArmenTel ex-head put on wanted list

Igor Klimko an ex-director general of ArmenTel (subsidiary of Vympelcom in Armenia) was put on the wanted list for financial violations worth 10-15 billion drams ($24.5-36.7 million), the Armenian National Security Service reports.


Klimko became the director general of ArmenTel in April 2010 and resigned in early 2013, suddenly leaving Armenia. He had been on the wanted list since February 2014. He has been detained abroad. Armenia wants his extradition.
