Georgian Dream wins Georgian local elections

The ruling Georgian Dream coalition won the second round of the municipal elections held in Georgia yesterday, the republic's Central Electoral Commission says in a statement.

The coalition's candidate David Narmaniya won the mayoral elections in Tbilisi, receiving 72.49 percent. His competitor from the opposition United National Movement received 27.51 percent.
