John Kerry calls for recount at Afghan presidential polls

During his visit to Afghanistan US Secretary of State John Kerry called for a recount of the second round of the presidential elections held in the country. According to the US official, the reports concerning massive fraud should be taken seriously.

Kerry underlined that such a procedure should be put under the control of the United Nations.
