Ukrainian military storm Luhansk , rebels say

Pro-Russian rebels in the Ukrainian city of Luhansk are saying that Ukrainian military forces are storming the city, Interfax reports. 50 tanks and 2 planes are taking part in the operation, the news agency informs.
