Chechen leader expresses condolences over Moscow Metro tragedy

Chechen Leader Ramzan Kadyrov has expressed condolences to the families of the 22 people killed and 146 injured in a train accident between the Park Pobedy and Slavyansky Bulvar subway stations yesterday, the Chechen government’s website reports.

Kadyrov wished the injured people a fast recovery.

Mourning was declared on Wednesday.
