Police chief of Georgia’s Shida Kartli fired

 

The Georgian Interior Ministry has dismissed Shida Kartli Police Chief Yago Sauri. It has not explained the reasons for the sudden dismissal, News Georgia reports.Sauri was acting head of the regional department of security police of the department of security police of the Interior Ministry in Shida Kartli in 2012-2013. He became the Shida Kartli police chief on May 4, 2013.
