Moscow mayor blames technicians for metro accident

Moscow Mayor Sergey Sobyanin says undisciplined technicians are responsible for the recent accident on the Arbatsko-Pokrovskaya metro line, which resulted in the deaths of 23 people, RIA Novosti reports.

"The most deplorable fact is that this tragedy was caused by lack of discipline rather than a serious technical problem," the news agency cites the city mayor as saying.
