US knows for certain who downed Malaysian jet - John Kerry

The US authorities know for certain who downed Malaysian Airlines' Boeing-777 in the vicinity of the Eastern Ukrianian city of Donetsk, which is now controled by pro-Russian militants, RIA Novosti cites US Secretary of State John Kerry as saying.

According to Secretary Kerry, the US has evidence proving that the plane was downed by the rebels.
