LUKOIL denies violating Iran sanctions

The biggest Russian private oil company LUKOIL has sent an open letter to American congressmen denying reports about oil deliveries to Iran, RIA Novosti reports, citing the press-service of the company.

It is also said in the letter that LUKoil has not invested in Iran for many years.
