Russia offers to help investigate Malaysian plane crash in Donetsk

 

Russian Permanent Representative to the UN Vitaly Churkin said at the UNSC that Russia was ready to send specialists to investigate the Malaysian Boeing crash in Ukraine and assist in organizing studies, ITAR-TASS reports.Russia insists on unbiased, independent and open international investigation of the catastrophe. Churkin insists that the ICAO should play the main role in organizing the investigation. He urged countries to refrain from making hasty conclusions and politicized statements.
