Russia delivers most modern arms to Azerbaijan, expert says

The arms Russia delivers to Azerbaijan are very modern and efficient and sometimes even unique, editor-in-chief of the Air and Space Defense magazine Mikhail Khodoryonok told Vestnik Kavkaza in an interview.

For instance, the Khrizantema-S counter-armour missile complexes are some of the best in the world, the expert says. The complex is able to destroy any modern armour, he stresses.

"In fact, the Khrizantema is a unique machine. That is why Azerbaijan decided to purchase it," the expert says.
