David Narmania declared new mayor of Tbilisi

The ruling Georgian Dream coalition's David Narmania was officially declared the new mayor of Tbilisi by the country's Central Electoral Commission today. Narmania received 72.47 percent of the vote in the second round of the elections.

The candidate from the opposition United National Movement party received 27.53 percent.
