40,000 suffer from power cut in Chechnya's Gudermessky District

40,000 people in Argun and Jalka (Gudermessky District, Chechnya) experienced a power cut on the night of July 22 and at 8.20am on July 23, Yuga.ru reports.

Specialists said that the power will be back on at 5.00pm. The power cut was caused by intensive wind and rain.
