Special application may be created for migrants in Russia

The Minister for Open Government Mikhail Abizov suggests that the Federal Migration Service should create mobile applications for migrants, through which they could receive notification or service offers.

"We have a very high level of spreading the means of communication among migrants, especially in Moscow. We need to think carefully about the creation of high-quality applications for mobile devices," RIA Novosti quotes Abyzov.

Through this application, the Minister says, foreigners in Russia could receive various notifications and service offers.
