Alexei Maslov: “BRICS is a counterbalance to NATO”

The head of the Oriental Studies Department of the Higher School of Economics, Alexey Maslov, thinks that someday the BRICS could become a serious counterbalance to NATO. According to him, disputes within the BRICS on influence inside the system could occur.
