Situation around arrest of Azerbaijanis in Kalbajar has no solution

 

Georgy Vanyan, the head of the Caucasus Center for Peacekeeping Initiatives, said today that the situation around the arrest of Azerbaijani citizens Dilgam Askerov and Shakhbaz Guliyev by Armenia in the Kalbajar District was a stalemate, aktual.az reports.He explained that it was impossible to protect the captives or carry out an impartial investigation. He apologized to relatives of the captives for making such a pessimistic statement.
