Russia may form center for gifted children

The Russian Education Ministry has asked the government to form a federal resource center for gifted children. The center will test children, help them develop their gifts, study, and offer psychological and educational assistance, Yuga.ru reports.

Realization of the project is expected to start in 2015. Its progress will be used in mass secondary education.
