Moscow concerned about reluctance of Kiev to talk with east

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov expressed Moscow's concerns over the reluctance of Kiev to start negotiations with the south-east of the country. The minister stressed that the conflict in Ukraine should be resolved using only political, diplomatic and peaceful means, ITAR-TASS reports.

According to Lavrov, “Russia has been taking pertinaciously responsible steps with many partners in this direction." The Russian diplomat reminded about the agreements of February 21.
