Nutsa Burzaladze, the winner of the New Wave 2014 Song Contest, said that she wanted to study vocal skills in Berkeley and release her first album Dreaming Is Believing, News Georgia reports.She asked for advice about spending her prize of 50,000 euros. She hopes that older people will tell her how much renting a studio and paying for a music clip would cost.
