The Armenian airport 'Zvartnots' has restarted serving flights of the
national air company 'Armavia', halted earlier due to debts,
News-Armenia reports, citing the press-secretary of 'Armenia -
International Airports' Gevork Abramyan.

At the same time, the debt problem has not been resolved.
On Thursday morning several 'Armavia' flights were cancelled, in
particular Yerevan-Tel-Aviv and Yerevan-Sochi.

'Armenia - International Airports' exploits 'Zvartnots' airport
according to a 30 year concessional agreement signed in 2001.

The company is owned by American International Airports company, which
belongs to an Argentine citizen of Armenian origin, Eduardo Eurnekian.
