280 prisoners pardoned in Georgia

The President of Georgia, Giorgi Margvelashvili, has signed a decree pardoning 280 prisoners in Georgia. 

"The Pardon Commission has considered 2743 cases," Georgia Online quotes the chairman of the State Pardon Commission, Zviad Koridze.
