Russian prosecutor general sees genocide in Ukraine

The Russian Prosecutor General said at the Seliger Youth Forum that the Ukrainian population had been suffering from genocide for several months, RIA Novosti reports.

He said that a case should be initiated at the International Criminal Code in The Hague.
