ISIL changes higher education in MosulThe militant terrorist group the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant has introduced changes in the system of higher education in Mosul. Universities are urged to separate male students from female ones, Al Arabiya reports.Female students will have classes from 9 a.m. till 2 p.m. and men - from 2 p. m. till 6 p. m.In late June, the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant has proclaimed the establishment of the Islamic caliphate in the territories of Iraq and Syria.
