Militant killed in Kabardino-Balkaria

 

A militant identified as Timur Betuganov, who was on the federal wanted list of Russia, was killed in Lechinkay (Kabardino-Balkaria) today, RIA Novosti reports.He was suspected of attacking police officers in spring.Two militants were wounded in the counter-terrorism operation that started in the village this morning.
