Yerevan's mayor invites his collaegue from Buenos Aires

The head of Yerevan, Gagik Beglaryan, has invited his counterpart in Buenos Aires to visit the Armenian capital, NewsArmenia reports. Beglaryan hopes that the mutual relations of the capitals will develop.
