Failed car thieves set vehicle on fire

Russian police have detained a 21-year-old and a 17-year-old resident of the Shpakovsky District. The two attempted to steal a car in Staromaryevskoye. After failing to start it they set the vehicle on fire, causing damage worth 200,000 rubles, SKFO.ru reports.
