Mehriban Aliyeva receives Order for Services to Astrakhan Oblast

The governor of the Astrakhan Oblast, Alexander Zhilkin, on August 11 awarded Mehriban Aliyeva, the first lady of Azerbaijan and president of the Heydar Aliyev Fund, the Order for Services to the Astrakhan Oblast for contributing to the economic, social and cultural development of the region and charity.
