PACE mission to arrive in Baku ahead of polls

A PACE mission consisting of 5 people will arrive in Azerbaijan on
October 18 to monitor the pre-election situation in Azerbaijan, APA
reports, citing the official spokesman of the head of the Council of
Europe Veronika Kotek.

She said that composition of the delegation is unknown. A PACE
monitoring mission of 30 people will arrive in Baku several days ahead
of the elections to observe the voting process.
