Verkhniy Lars control post jammed with trucks

The problems that occurred on 'Verkhniy Lars'-'Kazbegi' control post
on the Russian-Georgian border are due to the technical malfunctioning
of cargo vehicles, News.am reports, citing the Armenian Ministry of
Transport and Communication.

The PR agency of the ministry said that the ministry is trying to
clarify the reason for the congestion and take measures.
'Verkhniy Lars' is the only checkpoint for vehicles coming to Russia
from Armenia via Georgia.
