Chechen authorities do not sent volunteers to Ukraine, Kadyrov says

Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov refuses to specify how many Chechen volunteers are fighting against the Ukrainian army in Eastern Ukraine because the republic's authorities "have not sent them there," RIA Novosti reports.

"I cannot give a certain figure. I have not sent them there. Each of them has made his own decision," Kadyrov is quoted as saying.
