Ossetian team awarded for its win in Russian Youth Olympics

Russian Minister of Sport and Tourism, Vitaly Mutko, handed a
certificate of merit and a cup to the Ossetian Minister of Sport,
Rustem Kelekhsaev, at the all-Russian seminar “Role of Federation
Subjects in the Development of Russian Sports in the Period
2010-2020”, reports RIA Novosti. The awards were given in connection
with the first place that the team of North Ossetia-Alania gained in
the second round of the Russian Youth Olympics in the North Caucasian
Federal District. The seminar, chaired by Vitaly Mutko, took place in
Sochi to discuss the cooperation of the executive authorities of
federal subjects and the Ministry of Sport and Tourism to facilitate
the development of Russian sport.
