New deputy head of EU observer mission in Georgia appointed

Colonel Iusi Seresalo became the new deputy head of the EU observer
mission in Georgia, replacing General Jil Janvier, reports Trend.
Seresalo earlier worked in various UN missions and was the EU
representative in Sudan.
