Power restored in Vladikavkaz

North Ossetian Prime Minister Constantine Gabisov said that power in Vladikavkaz was restored. The power cut was caused by unusually high air temperature in the city continuing for a week. Many city substations were automatically shut down on Monday evening. The temperature reached 40 degrees Celsius, ITAR-TASS reports.
