A blast happened in the yard of Batal Tabagua, the head of the Abkhaz CEC, in Sukhumi at about 4.00am today, according to Acting Interior Minister Raul Lolua, ITAR-TASS reports.Abkhazia will have off-year presidential polls on August 24.
