Decree on military draft signed by Azerbaijani President

Azerbaijani President Ilkham Aliyev has signed a decree on the
military draft from the 1st to the 30th of October 2010, reports
Trend. Citizens born in 1992 will be called up for military service
and citizens under 35 years of age without the right to deferment.
