Rostislav Ischenko: “The CIS is worthless”

Rostislav Ischenko, president of the Center for Systemic Analysis and Forecasting, states that the CIS is worthless as an organization. According to the Ukrainian political scientist, the organization has turned into an instrument for bilateral relations with Russia.
