104 disabled persons receive cars as a gift from the authorities in Azerbaijan104 invalids, including  41 WWII veterans, 48 veterans and 15 liquidators who dealt  with consequences of the Chernobyl nuclear disaster were given Naz-Lifan cars due to the order signed on April 30, 2014 by the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev signed. Other 727 WWII veterans were already provided with cars.

Another 727 WWII veterans have already been provided with cars.
